General conditions
These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between APOLLO HELIOS RESORT EAD and the guests of the hotel in relation to the services provided. These terms and conditions are available in Bulgarian as well as translated into other languages. In the event of any dispute as to the content or interpretation of these terms and conditions, or in the event of differences between the Bulgarian version and translations into other languages, the Bulgarian version shall prevail.
Terms of Accommodation
1. APOLLO HELLIOS RESORT EAD shall ensure the provision of the services requested and paid for in their entirety, under the terms of the respective reservation and in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions. APOLLO HELIOS RESORT EAD provides information on the Website relating to the services offered.
2. Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional or special offer, for the purposes of
booking:
– Children are considered guests aged 2 to 11.99 years at the date of check-in.
– Infants are children from 0 to 1.99 years at the date of check-in.
– A guest who has reached the age of 12 is considered an adult.
– Check-in at APOLLO HELIOS RIZORT EAD is subject to the presentation of personal
identification documents.
3. APOLLO HELIOS RIZORT EAD administers and processes personal data in accordance with the applicable regulations. Any information obtained from or about guests will be used only in connection with the reservations made and the services used. Personal data will not be provided to third parties or used for other purposes, except in the cases expressly provided for by law.
4. Check-in and check-out
4.1. Check-in and check-out times. – Room check-out: until 11:00
4.2 In case of early check-in and/or late check-out outside the hours specified in 4.1, and subject to availability, and agreed in advance with APOLLO HELIOS RESORT EAD, an additional charge will apply.
5. Transfer. Guests may request an individual or group transfer for an additional fee at the time of booking confirmation.In cases where a transfer has been pre-arranged and paid for, but is not used for reasons beyond the control of the hotel – such as cancellation by the guest, airline, bus or rail delays, and other transport inconveniences – the amount is non-refundable and cannot be the basis for further claims.
6. Parking: parking is not included in the room rate and is payable locally at the hotel. Please note that the availability of parking spaces at APOLLO HELLIOS RESORT EAD is limited and they cannot be reserved in advance.
7. Pets. No pets are accepted at APOLLO HELIOS RIZORT EAD.
Booking conditions
The contract is considered concluded after the confirmation of the reservation by APOLLO HELIOS RESORT EAD and the full payment for it. By making an online booking
you confirm and accept these terms and conditions.
I.
Booking methods. Reservation by email and phone
For reservations by email or phone, please send a request to reservations@bulgarian
sun.com or contact us at +359 889 29 91 94. In the enquiry please state the name of the guest, the period of stay, the number of nights, and the number and ages of adults and children (at the time of check-in). We will then send you an individual price quote by email or phone.
1.2. Online booking
Online booking can be made through our booking module on the website by entering the required details including the period of stay, number of adults and/or children, age of children at the date of check-in and preferred room type.
1.3. Booking a place at the hotel
To obtain a price quote, you need to provide information about the guest’s name, the period of stay, the number of nights, the number of adults and/or children and the age of the children at the time of check-in. Once these details are received, you will be sent a price quote for the accommodation, which can be provided on paper or by email.

Booking confirmation
Your booking is considered confirmed when you receive a confirmation with a unique booking number by the following methods:
– When booking through the online system of APOLLO HELIOS RESORT EAD – automatic confirmation to the email address you have provided;
– When booking by email – confirmation with the booking number sent by email from our agent at reservations@bulgarian-sun.com
– When booking by telephone – confirmation with the booking number sent to the following numbers A confirmed booking is not considered guaranteed until full payment of 100% of the booking has been made. The booking only becomes guaranteed once the full amount has been received.
Prices
1. All prices published on the official website of APOLLO HELIOS RIZORT EAD are in BGN (or the selected currency), quoted per room, per night, and include VAT, tourist tax and insurance. Prices are valid for the period indicated on the website. In the case of special and/or promotional package offers, prices apply for the relevant applicable period. The total cost of any particular booking is automatically calculated based on the number of nights, number of adults and children, and the current or applicable price offer for the selected period.
2. Payment is made only in the currency confirmed at the time of booking. In the event of payment in a currency other than the official currency of the hotel, all costs related to currency conversion are the sole responsibility of the payer.
3. APOLLO HELLIOS RESORT EAD, reserves the right to change prices and special offers depending on hotel occupancy.
4. Promotional offers are only valid for bookings made within the stated period and subject to the relevant terms and conditions. They do not give rise to a request for a price reduction, refund of the price difference or a claim by guests who have already booked.
5. The final price of the reservation is not subject to change in the event of a change in the amount of taxes or charges on the services included in the contract imposed by a third party not directly involved in the performance of the services, including tourist taxes, VAT, etc.
Payment method
1. Payment on the spot.
2. Payment by bank transfer. All bank charges and transfer costs are at the customer’s expense. When making the bank transfer, the name of the person who will use the paid reservation, the hotel and the reservation number as the basis for payment must be entered.
3. Payment by bank card via virtual POS:
– On our website www.apollosparesort.com , respectively APOLLO HELIOS RESORT EAD you can pay by bank debit, credit or business card with Visa and MasterCard logo via the virtual POS of our servicing bank, which is DSK AD part of OTP goup.
– Payment by bank card can also be made by generating a unique link for your reservation from our side to you. Once you receive the link on your e-mail you need to click on it to open the bank’s payment page.
– Payment security is protected through the International Card Organization (ICO) MasterCard Identity check and VISA Secure security programs.
– When paying with a card through the virtual POS of DSK Bank you will need to enter the card number, validity, CVV/CVC. If your card participates in the MCO MasterCard Identity check and VISA Secure security program, you will need to enter a 3-D password.
– We at www.apollosparesort.com respectively APOLLO HELIOS RESORT EAD do not collect, process or store card data. All card details are filled in personally by you on the secure payment page of our servicing bank.
– Regardless of the currency of your bank account, the transaction will be made in Bulgarian lev according to the current exchange rate of your bank. All prices are final, including
VAT.
– In cases where a refund is required, no matter in full or in part, and the payment was made by card then we will refund the amount by ordering a chargeback on the card with which the payment was made within 30 days.
Cancellation and modification conditions
1. Cancellation and changes to the reservation by the guest
1.1. The cancellation deadline and the amount of the penalty are clearly indicated during the booking process. They are linked to the start date of the accommodation and the cancellation penalty is calculated against the total amount due. Please note these conditions to avoid penalties for cancellation, no-show or early termination of stay.
1.2. If you cancel your booking before the cancellation deadline specified during the booking process, no penalty will be charged and any amounts paid will be refunded in full. Refunds will only be made by bank transfer once the guest has provided the required information: bank account number, bank address and own address. The process is not automatic, and the transfer is made within 30 calendar days of receipt of the required details.
1.3. Unless otherwise stipulated in the conditions of the specific reservation and the cancellation is made less than 8 (eight) days before the date of check-in, in the event of no-show on the day of check-in or early termination of the stay, APOLLO HELIOS RESORT EAD shall forfeit as compensation (penalty) the full amount of the amount paid for the reservation.
1.4. Cancellations are made by sending an email to reservations@bulgarian-sun.com, and must include the booking number, guest details and dates of stay.
Bookings made through the official website www.poseidonbeachresort.com can also be cancelled through the booking panel by following the link to your booking and using the “Cancel booking” button..
1.5. In the event of an early departure of a guest under the specific reservation, regardless of the reason for this, APOLLO HELIOS RESORT S.A. shall be due compensation (penalty) in the amount of the reservation value for the period of the nights not booked.

Changes to the service features, price, payment terms and cancellation policy are only permitted under the conditions set out below and may incur an additional charge.
1.7. Changes to the booking period are only permitted after confirmation by the Hotelier.
If a lower price offer is available for the newly selected period, the difference between the amount due/paid under the changed booking and the applicable price after the change is payable to APOLLO HELIOS RESORT EAD as compensation. In the event that the actual price is higher or the new period falls in a more expensive price season, the guest is liable to pay the difference.
1.8. Change in the number of guests:
Increase in the number of guests – possible only after confirmation by the Hotelier that the service can be performed in relation to the additional guests, and after agreeing on the conditions and the amount of the additional payment.
Decrease in the number of guests – no charges or penalties if the change is made within the free cancellation period. After this period the standard cancellation terms apply and the reduction is subject to confirmation by the Hotelier. Hoteliera and agreeing the terms of the change.
2. Cancellation and changes to the booking by APOLLO HELLIOS RESORT EAD.
2.1. APOLLO HELIOS RESORT EAD has the right to unilaterally and without payment of compensation and/or penalties cancel a reservation during the guest’s stay in the following cases:
– In the event of conduct by a guest or his/her companion which, in the opinion of the Hotelier or its agents, contractors and/or employees, causes danger, distress, damage, anger or serious inconvenience to other guests, employees or partners or creates a risk of damage to the Hotelier’s property or to third parties.
– In the event of a breach of the POSSIDON BEACH RESORT Policy.
– Violation of internal order – if the guest does not respect the rules of the hotel, including the night
quiet, order and hygiene in the facility.
– Indecent or aggressive behaviour – towards staff, other guests or third parties that creates
danger or disturbs the peace.
– Damage to hotel property – if the guest damages the room or other parts of the hotel and refuses to repair the damage.
– Violation of payment policy – if the guest fails to make payments due within the specified
terms.
– Use of the premises for unauthorized activities – including illegal activities or activities that are contrary to hotel policy.
– Unauthorised extra occupancy – if more guests than the number requested in the booking stay in the room without prior approval from the hotel.
– In the event of cancellation on this basis, any amounts paid are non-refundable.
2.2. In the event that APOLLO HELIOS RESORT EAD cancels a reservation for reasons other than those set forth in
section 2.1. of this Section V, the Guest shall be entitled to a refund of the amounts paid for the cancelled reservation within thirty (30) days of receipt of a written request to do so from the Guest.
2.3. Cancellation of a reservation for the reasons set out in 2.1. and 2.2. above will be notified to the Guest, where possible, via the communication channel used to confirm the reservation, by email or otherwise, including by telephone.
2.4. Force Majeure
Neither party to the booking contract shall be liable to the other party if its performance is prevented by force majeure circumstances which the affected party could not reasonably have foreseen and the consequences of which are beyond its control (except for the settlement of payments).
Such circumstances include, but are not limited to:
– natural disasters,
– acts of war,
– strikes,
– epidemics,
– earthquakes,
– fires,
– floods,
– governmental decisions.
Damages caused by force majeure shall be borne by the party to this contract to whom they are caused. Both Parties undertake to take joint action to mitigate the negative consequences arising from the occurrence of such circumstances.
POLICY OF APOLO HELIOS RIZORT FTD
1. At APOLLO HELIOS RESORT EAD we strive to provide our guests with high quality service, comfort and security. Our policy is to ensure the maximum safety and satisfaction of all guests by providing a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere during their stay.
2. It is the policy of the hotel to oppose any discrimination based on
race, ethnicity, religion, sex, marital status, age, disability or national origin. All guests and staff are expected to abide by these principles and treat the differences of others with respect.

APOLLO HELIOS RESORT EAD team has the right of access to the rooms in the following cases.
– In an emergency situation – such as repairing damaged appliances or securing a room to prevent accidents.
– To check the condition of furniture and appliances – regular inspection for the safety and comfort of guests.
– Where necessary to stop unacceptable behaviour – for example, breaches of internal rules, noise policies or other breaches that may cause problems for guests
or staff.
Access will be with respect for the privacy of guests and we will try to limit intrusion to what is necessary by providing advance notice, except in cases of emergency.
4. Towels
No towels are allowed in the pool or beach areas.
5. Evacuation Instructions
Please familiarize yourself with the emergency instructions and the Evacuation Plan located at
inside your room door for your safety.
6. Safe
7. We recommend using the safe at reception to store valuables and personal belongings.
This service is available at an additional cost.
8. Swimming Pool/Beach
Guests are obliged to observe the rules for the use of the swimming pools and the behaviour on the beach, which are clearly marked in the respective places.
9. Restaurants, Due to public requirements and HACCP regulations, food and beverages cannot be removed from restaurants.
10. Clothing. A Smart Casual dress code is recommended in all public areas of the hotel.
11. Swimwear .Guests may only wear swimwear in the swimming pool area of the hotel. Appropriate attire is recommended in other public areas.
12. Smoking. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms and all indoor areas on the premises of APOLLO HELIOS RESORT EAD.
13. Damage to or theft of hotel or other property
Each guest is responsible for any damage (intentional or unintentional) on the premises that is caused by them personally. APOLLO HELLIOS RESORT S.A. reserves the right to charge the account of the guilty guest for the amount of the damages according to the price list provided at the reception. The guest is obliged to pay this amount.
14. APOLLO HELLIOS RESORT EAD shall not be liable and shall not be obliged to refund and/or pay any compensation and/or damages to the guest in case of:
– Loss, damage or destruction of valuables, money, documents and other items left in the hotel room or any other place on the hotel premises.
– Incorrect completion of the booking form by the guest or their proxy/representative.
– Damages or cancellations due to actions of third parties, including but not limited to border and customs authorities, airlines, bus and rail carriers, notwithstanding that the guest(s) missed part or even all of the service due to these actions.
– Services that complement the tourist program or the stay in APOLLO HELIOS RESORT EAD, performed by third parties, which are executed with separate documents for their execution – tickets: air tickets, ferry tickets, bus tickets on regular bus lines, etc. In these cases, the liability for material and non-material damages shall be borne by the specific service provider.
– Technical failures in the accommodation or its facilities used by the guest, due to which part or all of the service cannot be performed.
– In case of refusal, deviation or omission of the guest/guests from the consumption of paid services.
– No-show or missed arrival, therefore the requested accommodation is not used.
– In case of loss of personal documents and personal belongings, including electronic devices lost during the stay.
– In the event of force majeure circumstances that cannot be foreseen and that are beyond the control of APOLLO HELIOS RESORT EAD, such as natural disasters, acts of war, strikes, epidemics and other similar situations.
Changes to the General Terms and Conditions
The Hotelier reserves the right to unilaterally change these Terms and Conditions, the structure and content of its website, as well as to terminate access to it at any time, without being obliged to notify the User.
